BBC Persian reported دونالد ترامپ از آزادشدن بخش اول داراییهای مسدود ایران خبر داده و گفته ایران این پول را صرف خرید موادغذایی از کشاورزان آمریکایی خواهد کرد. عبدالناصر همتی، رئیس بانک مرکزی ایران هم تلویحا این اظهارات را تایید کرد و گفته ۶ میلیارد اول آزاد شد.
